Psalm 36:8
"They shall be abundantly satisfied with the
fatness of thy house; and thou shalt them
drink of the river of thy pleasures."
Those who put their trust in God shall be received into His house. In the Lord's great house; we shall find a soul contenting store supplied to us as the result of living by faith in our Lord. God's believers there; shall find in sacred worship the richest spiritual food. Amen!
Not only will there be the fruits of Eden to feed on, there will be the river of Paradise to drink from. God's everlasting love bears to us a constant and ample comfort, of which grace enables us to drink by faith. But the happiness given to the faithful, is that of God himself. We shall joy with the same joy as the Lord himself. "These things have I spoken unto you, that my joy might remain in you, and that your joy might be full" (John 15:11)
