The Attributes Of God; (God Is Self Existent)

Exodus 3:14
"And God said unto Moses, I AM THAT I AM: and he said,
Thus shalt thou say unto the children of Israel,
I AM hath sent me unto you."

Reduced to it's simplest definition, an attribute of God is whatever God has in any way revealed as being true of Himself.  Now if an attribute is something true of God, it is something we can conceive as being true of him.  God being infinite, possess attributes about which we can know nothing. In the Divine being are attributes of which we know nothing and have no meaning for us, just as mercy and grace can have no personnel meaning to for Seraphim or Cherubim. These Holy beings may  know of these qualities in God but, unable to feel them sympathetically for the reason that they have
not sinned and do not call forth God's mercy and grace.
So there are other aspects of God's essential being which He has not revealed even to His ransom and Spirit-Filled children or even His Angels. They are known only by God Himself. Now we will consider some "21 attributes" or as some may call them " a perfection"  1. God is self-existent: We see this in our opening Scripture. God is simply saying with" staggering implications" that He exists because He exists. He is not dependent on anything or anyone for His thoughts. "O the depth of the riches both of the wisdom and knowledge of God! how unsearchable are his judgments, and his ways past finding out! For who hath known the mind of the Lord? or who hath been his counsellor?" (Romans 11:33-34).  His will, "Thou wilt say then unto me, Why doth he yet find fault? For who hath resisted his will?" (Rom. 1:19). "Having predestinated us unto the adoption of children by Jesus Christ to himself, according to the good pleasure of his will," (Eph 1:5). His power, "But our God is in the heavens: he hath done whatsoever he hath pleased," (Ps. 115:3). His Counsel, "The LORD bringeth the counsel of the heathen to nought: he maketh the devices of the people of none effect. The counsel of the LORD standeth for ever, the thoughts of his heart to all generations, " (Ps. 33:10-11).
Amen!
