Always Faithful

                                               Matthew 26:34
                             "Verily I say unto thee, That this night,
                       before the cock crow, thou shalt deny me thrice"

          It's a new day, you wake up ready to face anything that Satan has to throw at you;  At least we think we are?  Now this day that I'm talking about; may have been today, yesterday, or somewhere in your past, or future. The first thing that comes to your mind is; I know I'm ready, I have Jesus Christ on my side.  You are so right;  because Jesus said He would never leave or forsake us, but will you forsake or deny Christ as Peter did.
         No, not intentionally we would not.  We as Christians love Jesus Christ just as Peter did; but just as Christ loved His disciples He also loves us.  How will we forsake Him?  We already have and most of us will do it again within minutes, hours or days.  First time will be when you fail to say that you know Christ when around know sinners.  Next by lying to your spouse and keeping secrets in the marriage. By keep committing the same sin that you have ask forgiveness for many times over.  When you fail to pray for someone after you told them you would.
         I could go on with a list of things and times we fail Christ.  I'm sure as you look back on this week alone you will see were and when you forsake or denied Christ.  Any time we are not in Communion with Christ no matter how long we are that means we are not putting Him first all the time;  Therefore we have forsake and denied Christ each time.

                            "LET US BE FAITHFUL TO CHRIST"
                             "AS CHRIST IS FAITHFUL TO US"
