We All Are Still Sinful

Luke 5:31-32
And Jesus answering said unto them,
They that are whole need not a physician; but they that are sick.
"I came not to call the righteous,
but sinners to repentance."

We must remember that the Gospel is for the sinner. The Gospel is meaningful to us only to the extent that "we realize and acknowledge that we are still sinful." Although we are new creations in Christ, we still sin every day in thought, word and deed perhaps even more in our motives. To benefit from the Gospel every day, "We must realize we are sinners."
As Christians if we were to regard the sinner not as a criminal but as a sick man; and if we were to look on the man who has made a mistake not as someone deserving contempt and condemnation but as someone needing love and help to find the right way, "We Could Make This World A Better Place to Be Until Christ Returns."
Amen!
