" And the Lord direct your hearts into the love of God"
' And into the patient waiting for Christ'
I call 2 Thessalonians the book of Jesus and Salvation. Salvation is there but we must claim it; other words we must believe in Christ. Salvation comes when Christians testify and people believe that not only did Jesus died on the cross for our sin; but that he rose from the dead and ascended up to the right hand of God. Salvation came as a calling from God who works in the life of the believer. We must show God that we are worthy of his calling, by our work of faith.
This calling occurred before creation (2 Thess 2:13). Jesus and God both has given us everlasting consolation and hope through grace. We also have the patience in Christ to endure trouble and best of all Christ is there 24/7 at the drop of a knee. The purpose of salvation is to bring glory to Jesus Christ our King. Salvation is rooted in the grace of Jesus Christ. Salvation happen because God loved you and I a long time ago.
May God Bless You
And Your Families
